Patricia Billingsley, DNP, FNP, APRN

Patricia Billingsley is a Family Nurse Practitioner at PCC. She completed her nursing education at the University of Illinois College of Nursing in 2020. Patricia has an undergraduate degree with a major in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was a Spanish teacher prior to her career in nursing. Patricia enjoys reading, studying languages, and cooking.

Andrew Wojda, LCSW, CADC

Andrew Wojda is a Behavioral Health Consultant and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) at PCC. He received his Master's In Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and his Bachelor's in Social Work from Governors State University. Working in Street Medicine, he's worked with individuals living with substance use disorders and continues to work to encourage the public to understand the social pitfalls that come with this lifestyle through a trauma lens. Helping people through homelessness and the additional struggle of drug dependence has been a passion of his for most of his life and he hopes to expand his knowledge and therapeutic reach through PCC, where he can continue to focus on substance use and comorbid disorders. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys collecting and listening to music, hanging out at the Art Institute of Chicago, camping, and walking his dog.

Mary Rose Benson, LSW

Mary Rose Benson is a Behavioral Health Consultant at PCC. She obtained her Master's in Social Work degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work in 2019. She completed her undergraduate education at Alma College in Michigan, with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Mary Rose completed her field internship at the Community Health and Social Services (CHASS) Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in South West Detroit. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family. She is fluent in Spanish.

Bridget Doyle, DO, MPH

 

Dr. Bridget Doyle completed her medical education at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. She is completing residency at PCC, as part of the West Suburban Medical Center – Family Medicine Residency Program (Class of 2023). Her medical areas of interest include underserved medicine & social determinants of health, community medicine & public health policy/advocacy, women’s & maternal-child health, behavioral health, addiction medicine, sports medicine, nutrition and fitness education, and patient-centered medical home models of care. Her research experience includes: "Infants Cared for by Mother’s Family Physician Maternity Care Provider Have Higher Well Baby Attendance Rates"; “Home-Based, Interactive Nutrition Education with High-Need Southeast D.C. Families”; “Game On! Provider Usage of a Sports Directory to Target Pediatric Obesity”; and “Park Rx: Increasing Provider Prescription of Outdoor Physical Activity to Promote Long-Term Health and Well-Being." Prior to residency, she was a member and advocate for Doctors for Camp Closure, a school-based health center public health education Curriculum Coordinator, and on the Biomedical Ethics Club Executive Board. Dr. Doyle has won the Silver TOUCH Award for community services and the ATSU MPH Scholarship. Her non-medical interest and hobbies include tennis, running, hiking, concert going, watching Netflix, traveling to new cities, and exploring new cuisine.

Katie Ives-Louter, MD

Dr. Katie Ives-Louter completed her medical education at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. She is completing residency at PCC, as part of the West Suburban Medical Center – Family Medicine Residency Program (Class of 2023). Her medical areas of interest include full spectrum family medicine, women's health, obstetrics, underserved medicine, addiction medicine, medical education, and healthcare policy. Before residency, Dr. Ives-Louter worked with the Chicago and Illinois Departments of Public Health to evaluate the barriers and treatment outcomes of a state-funded hepatitis C treatment program for low-income Illinois residents co-infected with HIV and HCV. In the past, she was an Education Centered Medical Home Clinic Chief, a National Health Services Corps Scholar, a Chicago Youth Programs Tutor, and a Blood Drive Coordinator. Outside of medicine, Dr. Ives-Louter enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, cooking new recipes, playing with her cats, and house plants.

Lisa Kozinski, MD

Lisa Kozinski is a Family Medicine Physician. She received her medical degree from Rush Medical College in 2002 and completed residency at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, IL. Dr. Kozinski completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Northern Illinois University. She speaks fluent Polish.

Krys Rollins, FNP-BC

Krys Rollins is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Post-Master’s Certification from DePaul University in 2014. She completed her her undergraduate education in biological anthropology and anatomy at Duke University. Krys worked as a labor and delivery nurse for three years, and as a clinical instructor in DePaul’s graduate nursing program before transitioning to a full-time family nurse practitioner. Krys is passionate about assisting patients in their family planning, providing a variety of birth control options, including IUD, Nexplanon, and vasectomy. She speaks Spanish and values seeing patients of all backgrounds, genders, and ages. Krys's interests include adolescent health and preventive medicine, gluten-free cooking, maintaining an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, Bikram yoga, resistance training, getting outside in any weather.

Ruchi M. Fitzgerald, MD, FAAFP

Ruchi M. Fitzgerald, MD, FAAFP is a family physician and an addiction medicine physician. She is the Service Chief of Inpatient Addiction Medicine at PCC. Dr. Fitzgerald is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Family Medicine and Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Rush University, as well as the Associate Program Director of the Rush Addiction Medicine Fellowship. She completed the addiction medicine fellowship at Rush University in 2020. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and completed the Montana Family Medicine Residency Program in 2012. Dr. Fitzgerald developed an interest in provision of care for underserved populations and those affected by substance use disorders during her residency. Her love for teaching medical students and family practice residents developed in Montana while she was a community faculty physician with the Montana Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Fitzgerald also has extensive experience in telemedicine. During her fellowship, Dr. Fitzgerald worked with the addiction medicine faculty to create RISE-MD (Rush Integrative Substance Use Disorder Education for Medical Doctors), an educational initiative in Rush Medical College that focuses on eliminating stigma while promoting evidence-based treatment of substance use disorders in the next generation of physicians. She has worked with the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the Illinois Society of Addiction Medicine on key advocacy and policy initiatives related to substance use disorders. Dr. Fitzgerald is also an active member of the Federation of State Physician Health Programs and is an advocate for physician health and wellness.In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, run, read, and cook.

Alma Gallegos, DMD

Alma Gallegos is a dentist at PCC's South and Austin Dental Clinics. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago's (UIC) College of Dentistry in 2020. Alma also received her undergraduate degree in Human Communication Sciences and Spanish from Northwestern University. Alma enjoys volunteering at dental clinics and events, and providing care for underserved patient populations. In her free time, she likes to travel and spend time with her family and two dogs.Alma is fluent in Spanish.
