Dr. Skaff completed medical school at Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL. He completed the West Suburban Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Skaff is currently completing PCC's 2022-2023 PCH Fellowship program. His interests include woodworking, whisky, watching the Bulls win, walking his dog, and spending time with his daughter.
Dr. Shayna Friedman is a Pediatrician at PCC. She completed her pediatric residency at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, with primary care and community health area of focus. Prior to her residency, Dr. Friedman completed her medical degree at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work she enjoys spending running, biking, gardening, reading spending time with her family and exploring Chicago.
Dr. Weimer obtained her medical degree at the University of Toledo College of Medicine in Toledo, Ohio. She completed the University of Wisconsin's Family Medicine Residency Program in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Weimer also completed PCC's 2020-2021 PCH Fellowship program. She is dedicated to obstetrics/perinatal health and addiction medicine. Outside of medicine, her interests include kayaking, volleyball, rock climbing, hiking, biking, spending time with her family, thrifting, and home improvement projects.
Dr. Chidinma Osineme is a Family Medicine Physician and Medical Director at PCC Parkside Family Health Center. Dr. Osineme completed her undergraduate education at the University of Maryland and her medical education at the Howard University College of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Peter M. Chapman, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained his Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago – School of Social Service Administration in 1986. Peter completed his social work field instruction at Children’s Memorial Hospital and Lutheran Social Services of Illinois.
Dr. Kim is a family medicine physician who joined PCC in 2016. After completing his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University, he received his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago in 2003.
Dr. Harriett was raised in the suburbs of Chicago and found home in the city during her undergraduate education at Loyola University. She received her medical education from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and simultaneously earned her MBA in Healthcare Leadership. As a DO, she is also trained in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment for musculoskeletal dysfunctions. She completed her residency at PCC as part of the West Suburban Medical Center - Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Harriett finds joy in traveling, hiking, any and all exercise, and vegetables as medicine.
