Patricia Billingsley is a Family Nurse Practitioner at PCC. She completed her nursing education at the University of Illinois College of Nursing in 2020. Patricia has an undergraduate degree with a major in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was a Spanish teacher prior to her career in nursing. Patricia enjoys reading, studying languages, and cooking.
Jeslyn John Lukose is a Family Nurse Practitioner at PCC. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She then obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Olivet Nazarene university in Bourbonnais, IL. Outside of work, Jeslyn enjoys spending time with family, reading, sewing, travelling, and visiting new places. She is fluent in Malayalam.
Krys Rollins is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Post-Master’s Certification from DePaul University in 2014. She completed her her undergraduate education in biological anthropology and anatomy at Duke University. Krys worked as a labor and delivery nurse for three years, and as a clinical instructor in DePaul’s graduate nursing program before transitioning to a full-time family nurse practitioner. Krys is passionate about assisting patients in their family planning, providing a variety of birth control options, including IUD, Nexplanon, and vasectomy. She speaks Spanish and values seeing patients of all backgrounds, genders, and ages. Krys's interests include adolescent health and preventive medicine, gluten-free cooking, maintaining an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, Bikram yoga, resistance training, getting outside in any weather.
Chandra Matteson is a Family Nurse Practitioner at PCC. She received a Master's of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Southern California in 2019, and a Bachelor's in Science in Nursing from Kent State University in 2012. Chandra was a part of the 2020 Cohort of Rush University's OUD Treatment Fellowship's ECHO Program. Before PCC, Chandra worked as an ER nurse for ten years before completing her Master's degree. Prior to that, she worked for Howard Brown Health as a clinical research nurse, worked in emergency medical services, and as an ICU tech. Chandra is learning Spanish and hoping to do an immersion program, preferably someplace with a beach. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling as transportation, petting other people’s dogs, collecting vinyl and music, writing, and cooking.
Maryam Syed is a a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined PCC in 2019. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Chamberlain College of Nursing and obtained a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in May 2019 from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Maryam completed a year of clinicals at PCC as part of the Community Health Immersion Clinical (CHIC) program for family nurse practitioner students. She received the 2019 Relationship and Caring Award from Rush University Medical Center, where she worked as a registered nurse for five years. In the past, Maryam has worked as a psychiatric nurse for three and half years, and as a general medicine nurse for three years. In her free time, she enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Nicole Kurian, APN is a family nurse practitioner who received her undergraduate nursing education at West Suburban College of Nursing.In 2014, Nicole completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Resurrection University and completed her field training at Lawndale Christian Heath Center.
Sara Miranda is a family nurse practitioner who joined PCC in 2014. She completed both her undergraduate and medical education at Resurrection University in 2014. She completed residency at PCC, as part of the West Suburban Medical Center – Family Medicine Residency Program.
Maureen Marquez is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She completed both her undergraduate and nursing education at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Maureen joined the PCC health care team in 2015.
Veronica Galvalisi is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). As a recipient of a fellowship funded by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), she fulfilled all of her training at PCC and graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015.
