Dr. Sivasubramaniam completed her residency at PCC as part of the West Suburban Family Medicine Program. After graduating from Northwestern University, she earned her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago – Stritch School of Medicine. She now works as an attending physician at PCC South Family Health Center. Dr. Sivasubramaniam is fluent in both English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, painting, and cooking.
