Birth Centered Around You

PCC Community Wellness Center (PCC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides care for underserved patients at eleven sites on Chicago’s west and northwest sides, as well as the near west suburbs. The neighborhoods we serve each have a rich history with diverse populations.

PCC staff is committed to serving our community members. We promote a culture of respect within the workplace as well as among our patients and community partners. PCC treats diversity as a source of strength.

We currently have opportunities for ambitious professionals seeking provider or staff positions. Provider positions include physicians, certified nurse-midwives, advanced practice nurses, licensed behavioral health consultants, and dentists. Clinical staff positions include medical assistants and nurses while non-clinical positions may work in the clinic or administrative offices.

We offer equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

PCC is requiring all new employees to be fully vaccinated. This is consistent with the practices of other healthcare organizations and has been recommended by the Chicago Department of Public Health and various national professional associations.
