NURSE  Corps 
You may qualify for the NURSE Corp Loan Repayment Program.

Program Description: Loan repayment assistance is available to registered nurses and advanced practice nurses, such as nurse practitioners, working in a public or private nonprofit Critical Shortage Facility such as PCC Community Wellness Center. A critical Shortage Facility is a healthcare facility located in, designated as, or serving a primary medical care or mental health Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA).

Employment & Employer Services (EES) - PCC Community Wellness Center is partnered with EES to assist potential new Medical Assistant and Patient Care Representative hires in determining eligibility for job counseling, career planning, and transportation assistance.

Educational/Professional Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred. Proficiency in MS Office required. Must be able to provide great customer service while utilizing knowledge of CPT and ICD-9/10 coding. Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid are all required. Previous billing experience is required, with 3 to 5 year's experience in medical office setting preferred. Responsible for medical billing, including remittance and collections along with system maintenance and month-end reports. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented that can excel both independently and within a team-unit.

Educational/Professional Requirements:Associates degree required, bachelors preferred. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is required. The ideal candidate is able to follow-through, assume responsibility of projects, and function independently through great organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsible for assisting the Program Coordinator and Nurse Case Manager with data entry, enrollment of new patients, billing corrections, appointment scheduling, tracking of patients with abnormal screening results and other administrative tasks. Educational/Professional Requirements: Associates degree in a health related field is required. Bachelors degree in health related field is preferred. Candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a Medical Assistant. The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care, which includes supervision of the Medical Assistant and Patient Care Representative teams. The Clinical Manager assists with daily problem solving, and development of clerical and clinical support staff. The ideal candidate is responsible for facilitating essential support for medical providers. The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Educational/Professional Requirements: Either a Bachelors in social work (BSW), a Masters in Social Work (MSW), or an IL licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with Bachelors or Masters in Nursing (BSN or MSN) is required. Clinical Care Manager is responsible for coordinating screening and providing intervention of patients with identified complex chronic care needs. Acts a connector between patient needs and resources provided. Provides guidance and leadership in the care management program to those in the organization, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Current and valid driver's license required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Profiency with MS Office suite is also a must. Expanded Function Certification preferred. Previous dental assisting experience is also preferred. Responsible for providing patient care and support functions for the Dental Department including assisting with dental procedures, lab work, and administrative tasks.

Previous experience working in Community Health and/or Triage preferred.
