Medical Providers
  • Anna Kliner, APN – Family Nurse Practitioner (Female)

  • Anna Kliner is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Nursing degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Bachelor of Arts in religious studies and Spanish from Kenyon College. Prior to becoming an advanced practice nurse, Anna worked as a kindergarten and first grade teacher in both Los Angeles and Chicago. She also worked for a lifestyle magazine in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is passionate about promoting wellness, trauma-informed care, and collaborating with patients so that they can live their best and healthiest lives. Recognized as a HRSA NURSE Corps Scholar, Anna believes in listening carefully and relishes the opportunity to learn something from everyone she meets. She is fluent in English and Spanish. In her leisure time, Anna enjoys reading, learning, traveling, cooking, eating, spending time with family and friends, and laughing.



  • Vanessa Villacorta-Sierra, MD – Family Medicine Physician (Female)

  • Dr. Villacorta Sierra is a family medicine physician who joined the PCC health care team in 2016. She received her medical training at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) College of Medicine and completed residency at UIC – Saint Joseph Family Medicine Residency. Her medical interests include obstetrics, women's health, pediatrics, adolescent care, nutrition, healthy lifestyle coaching, and trauma-informed medical care. With an undergraduate degree in Health Education, Dr. Villacorta Sierra truly enjoys learning and sharing health information with patients, students, and colleagues. Outside of medicine, she enjoys the outdoors, dance, and practices that help connect the body, mind, and spirit (such as yoga and meditation). She is fluent in both English and Spanish.



  • Audrey Stillerman, MD, ABFM, ABIHM – Family Medicine Physician (Female)

  • Dr. Stillerman serves as the Medical Director at PCC Community Wellness Center at Steinmetz. She completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University and earned her medical degree, with honors, from the University of Illinois – College of Medicine in 1983. Dr. Stillerman completed residency at Cook County Hospital (now Stroger Hospital). She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Passionate about healing-oriented medicine, Dr. Stillerman has additional training in integrative medicine and family therapy. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, walking, cooking, and listening to music.



  • Molly Wangler, APN – Family Nurse Practitioner (Female)

  • Molly Wangler is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who completed her nursing education at Loyola University Chicago – Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing in 2014. She was awarded the Kim Noonan Scholarship and inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International – Honor Society of Nursing. Ever passionate about nursing, she volunteered to serve patients in Costa Rica. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of nursing, Molly enjoys yoga, music, and cooking.





Behavioral Health Providers
  • Kimberly Finnegan, APN – Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Female)

  • Kimberly Finnegan is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing in 2016. She is committed to counseling and treating patients in need of psychiatric and substance abuse services.



  • Sandra Montes, LCSW – Behavioral Health Consultant (Female)

  • Sandra Montes joined the PCC behavioral health care team in 2015. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed both her undergraduate and graduate education at Loyola University Chicago in 2006. Committed to providing care in underserved areas, Sandra is a member of the National Health Service Corps. She has also worked as a school social worker. Fluent in Spanish, Sandra serves as the Team Lead at PCC at Steinmetz. In her leisure time, she enjoys running, studying adolescent health, and serving as a social work internship coordinator.



  • Carmen Ochoa-Galindo, EdD, LCPC – Behavioral Health Consultant (Female)

  • Carmen Ochoa-Galindo is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who joined the PCC behavioral health care team in 2016. She earned her Master of Arts in Psychology from National Louis University in 2008 and a Doctor of Education from Argosy University in 2013. She completed a clinical internship at the Family Shelter Service in Wheaton, IL. Carmen has over 10 years of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Prior to counseling, she taught English as a Second Language in Mexico for two years. She currently teaches undergraduate psychology courses at St. Xavier University. Carmen is certified in domestic violence and sexual assault. She is also fluent in Spanish. Outside of work, Carmen enjoys soccer, music, karaoke, yoga, and playing with her three dogs.
