PCC Community Wellness Center is a not-for-profit community health center network with seven family health centers dedicated to serving you and your family in Chicago and the surrounding community. We provide comprehensive high-quality, accessible, and affordable primary health care, preventive education, and supportive services. At PCC Community Wellness Center we believe that everyone deserves access to quality medical care and our services are available to all without regard for ability to pay, race, ethnicity, gender, age, health status, religion, sexual orientation, or education.
